CHALLENGE
A mid-size biopharma with a cell therapy platform, considered using its technology for vaccination. BIM was approached to guide in the R&D and business consideration of choosing the best antigens.
SOLUTION
After an initial analysis of the platform, BIM generated an overall work plan to implement the R&D strategy.
In parallel, our team assist the R&D team in conducting and managing the R&D plan, until all POC milestones were achieved.
